New and existing claims will continue to be processed as normal.

Claim & Payment Updates

Most claims are processed within 12 to 14 weeks of receipt of the completed Application Form.

If you submitted your completed paper Application Form less than 14 weeks ago, and have not yet received direct confirmation from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) of the outcome of your claim, please be patient. You will receive confirmation in writing from HM Revenue & Customs once your application has been reviewed for eligibility.

If HMRC have written to you confirming that your application has been successful, and that a payment has been released, please note that it can take up to 21 days for HMRC to release this payment to us. Following receipt of funds from HMRC, a repayment cheque will then be issued within 21 days from this date to allow for funds to clear and your cheque to be processed.
